• Management Trainee (Electrical): 50 Vacancies (UR-25, SEBC-9, SC-6, ST-10), Eligibility: Valid score in GATE 2025, Qualification: Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate, Age Limit: 21 years – 32 years

Management Trainee Job Description, Training & Probation

Selected candidates have to undergo training for a period of 1 (one) year at field units of OPTCL including Induction-cum-Orientation training. If the performance of the trainee is found unsatisfactory during the training period or in the final evaluation after one year of training, the training period will be extended for a further period of six months. If performance is not found satisfactory after the extension period, the service will be terminated. After successful completion of the training period, the Officer shall be on probation for a period of twelve months.
