Qualification: Post-Graduation in Psychology with clinical exposure
Pay Scale & Leave: Fixed honorarium of ₹50,000/-, TA/DA for official travel as per AAI norms, 15 days of leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as of 18.03.2025.
Desirable Qualifications: M.A. or M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with RCI License.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in any clinical or organizational setting or 2 years of experience as a Psychologist in IAF Boarding Centers
Desired Skills: Conducting mental health assessments, Administering psychological tests, Counseling and psychotherapy, Confidentiality management, Training and workshop facilitation
Eligibility Criteria: Indian nationals only, Maximum age: 65 years as on 18.03.2025.
Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with medical and HR teams for ATCO selection, Conduct mental health awareness training, Perform mental status examinations and interviews, Administer and interpret psychological tests, Assist in determining fitness for duty, Provide counseling and psychotherapy, Conduct lectures on mental health promotion at outstations, Maintain psychological records and confidentiality
